We have a number of Clinical Manager opportunities, each with a specific focus. Each role requires current RN licensing, BSN/MSN and two years of recent, verifiable experience.
Clinical Manager, Home Care - Pediatric
We're also interested in caregivers with high-tech pediatric experience or two years experience as a Pediatric Nursing Supervisor, preferably in home care, who have a willingness to learn trach/vent/tube and have Child Abuse Clearance.
Clinical Manager, Home Care - Adult
This role requires home care and trach/vent/tube experience.
Clinical Manager, Medicare Certified
If your experience is within a Medicare Certified Home Health agency, and you're proficient in clinical oversight (including OASIS and ICD-9 Coding) then our Clinical Manager, Visits position may be just right for you.
Clinical Manager Career Path
Clinical Managers with three to five years of experience managing clinical care at home, as well as demonstrated leadership and expertise in all areas of specialization, may be eligible for this advanced role.
Whatever your area of expertise, as an integral part of our team, we'll rely on you to focus on training, mentoring and staff development, while ensuring adherence to related policies and procedures. Your scope of responsibilities will include staff evaluation and development, internal case management and client assessments, as well as completion of care planning. Sharing your insights with our Clinical Associates also will be vital as you guide them to become Clinical Managers.
