Bilingual Spanish RN Clinical Manager
Location: Elizabeth, NJ
Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Salary: $90,000-$100,000 annually plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus

BAYADA HOME HEALTH CARE is seeking a Bilingual Spanish RN Clinical Manager for our Assistive Care State Programs office in Elizabeth, NJ. This full-time role offers a Monday-Friday daytime schedule, a competitive salary, and a sign-on bonus. In this position, you will focus primarily on client assessments, care planning, and clinical oversight for clients throughout Union County. What you'll do

  • Conduct client assessments and help develop individualized plans of care
  • Provide ongoing clinical oversight for clients receiving services through our Assistive Care State Programs in Union County
  • Monitor client needs and help ensure services remain aligned with care plans and program requirements
  • Complete required nursing documentation and clinical follow-up
  • Build strong relationships with clients, families, caregivers, and office team members
  • Partner with the office team to support quality, continuity of care, and positive client outcomes

What we're looking for

  • Current Registered Nurse license
  • At least 2 years of RN experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Passion for supporting clients and caregivers in the home setting

Preferred qualifications

  • Home care experience
  • Supervisory or team leadership experience
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, or developing field staff

Schedule and work environment

  • Full-time, exempt position
  • Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Combination of office-based leadership and field-based client visits for assessments
