BAYADA Habilitation direct support professionals or habilitation technicians work one-on-one with adults at home and in their community, teaching them to do things for themselves and enjoying the rewards of knowing they are making a true difference in the lives of others.

Habilitation Technician (Hab Tech) / Direct Support Professional: Work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for individuals who have cerebral palsy, an autism spectrum disorder, or an intellectual or developmental disability. Ensure client safety, provide personal care assistance, teach clients to do things for themselves, and help clients live as fully and independently as possible.
