Qualifications for Home Health Aides (HHA):
- Minimum one year caregiving experience -OR- LNA License -OR- Completion of our 1 Week Direct Care Worker Training
- Pass background check
- Must be 18 or older

Job Responsibilities for Home Health Aides (HHA):
- Activities of daily living
- Light housekeeping
- Bathing
- Grooming
- Toileting
- Nail care
- Range of motion / exercises
- Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
- Oral feeding
- Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
- Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
- Assisting with ambulation
- Medication assistance
