We have current job openings for Home Health Aides (HHA) in the following locations: Barre, Montpelier, Groton, Newbury, and Middlesex.

Qualifications for Home Health Aides (HHA):  

  • Minimum one year caregiving experience -OR- LNA License -OR- Completion of our 1 Week Direct Care Worker Training  
  • Pass background check
  • Must be 18 or older 

BAYADA offers Home Health Aides (HHAs):

Job Responsibilities for Home Health Aides (HHA):

  • Activities of daily living  
  • Light housekeeping  
  • Bathing  
  • Grooming  
  • Toileting  
  • Nail care  
  • Range of motion / exercises  
  • Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices  
  • Oral feeding  
  • Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration  
  • Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.  
  • Assisting with ambulation  
  • Medication assistance
