 As the Senior Living Program Manager, you will be a dynamic influencer targeting new business and managing solutions for existing communities and their residents throughout our unique continuum of care in Senior Living. Although tied to our Clearwater, FL office, this leader will service a territory focused on the Pasco and Pinellas areas. This multi-faceted role requires a unique blend of marketing, business development and enhancement, clinical care, business operations, and customer service.




  • The ideal candidate will work as part of a high performing team of therapists and nurses and possess sound clinical skills with experience in both the home care and outpatient setting. Management experience, strong interpersonal skills and experience working in or with senior living communities is preferred. There will be a high expectation of business development in this position and clinical care will also be a part of this role.


  • A current RN, PT, OT, SLP, PTA, COTA
  • Bachelor's Degree minimum
  • 3+ years recent clinical experience
  • Demonstrated sales/marketing or business development experience is preferred
  • Home care experience and knowledge of Medicare Parts A & B is a plus
  • Strong customer service skills
