BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of Nurse Manager for our Yorktown, VA Medicare Certified home health office. This office provides best-in-class care to adult and geriatric clients living in communities that include assisted living, independent living, senior congregate living, 55+ communities, and intermediate care facilities for clients with intellectual disabilities throughout Frederick, Montgomery, and Washington counties. As a clinical manager you will support your field team from the office, therefore requiring very minimal travel within the community.
- Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care to residents in senior living communities.
- Supervise a team of field nurses and therapists who conduct assessment/treatment visits for our adult and geriatric clients in Yorktown, VA and other surrounding areas.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and training of new nurses and therapists.
- Coordinate and/or deliver in-services for field staff.
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.
- Acute, med/surg, and/or sub-acute experience preferred.
- Medicare OASIS knowledge or experience highly preferred.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
