BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Pennsauken, NJ. The Business Systems Analyst - Contractor will support the software solutions that provide the framework for key business functions of our clients and employees. This individual will be responsible for understanding both technical and business concepts, and must be able to communicate those concepts to internal users and software developers. The Business Systems Analyst will also be responsible for defining system objectives and features, analyzing business requirements, and working with all involved parties to ensure the solution meets the needs of the client.


  • Demonstrate and communicate the core values of BAYADA and The BAYADA Way.
  • Minimum one (1) year as a business analyst with experience documenting requirements, basic business process modeling, and exposure to application development.
  • Three (3) or more years of relevant experience with growing responsibilities.
  • Competence in software required to perform job functions. Ability to learn new technologies, software, and technical methodologies.
  • Experience providing application support for key business systems.
  • Demonstrated experience with eliciting requirements and testing against those requirements.
  • Ability to lead small project teams or engagements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to discuss technical issues with non-technical audiences.
  • Works diligently to achieve consistent results in all areas of responsibility. Demonstrated record of goal realization.
  • Advanced analytical and problem solving ability. Uses advanced knowledge of the company and experience to inform good judgment.
  • Demonstrated record of strong interpersonal skills. Self-starter and team player who excels at building trusting relationships.
  • Ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English.

  • Develop and maintain business specific knowledge and associated systems knowledge related to the applications supported by the team.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills and expanding subject matter expertise to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
  • Support the creation of user documentation, process diagrams, and training materials.
  • Participate in the development of test plans and use cases that accurately describe business requirements.
  • Manage system and user acceptance testing.
  • Provide second level application support by participating in the identification, troubleshooting, and resolution of application issues. Insures follow-through on reported problems to final resolution.
  • Participate in application release process by leading minor enhancements or fulfilling role as subject matter expert.
  • Perform related duties, or as required or requested by supervisor.
