Responsibilities for a Clinical Nurse Manager:
- Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
- Visit our BAYADA Home Health Care clients for supervisory/assessment visits in Philadelphia, PA and other surrounding areas.
- Supervise a team.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and training.
- Coordinate and/or deliver in-services for field staff.
Qualifications for a Clinical Nurse Manager:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.
- Supervisory experience preferred

- Skilled Nursing (Adults or Pediatrics) – provides the best-in-class care to adult or pediatric clients dealing with chronic illness, injury, or disabilities (i.e. trach/vent clients). Clinical managers supervisor field staff – RNs, LPNs, HHAs.
- Assistive Care/Assistive Care State Programs – Personal care and companionship for adults and seniors with activities of daily living, including self-care and household support services. Clinical managers supervisor field staff – CNAs, HHAs.
- Home Health/Senior Living – Medicare-certified, short-term nursing, rehabilitative, therapeutic, and assistive home health care services for adults and seniors. This service has also available for geriatric clients living in communities that include assisted living, independent living, senior congregate living, and 55+ communities. Clinical managers supervise a wide variety of nursing and therapy field clinicians.
- Habilitation - This office provides best in class care, education, support, and assistance that enables clients with intellectual or developmental disabilities to acquire, maintain, and improve skills related to activities of daily living. Clinical managers supervise field staff – habilitation technicians, CNAs, HHAs.
