BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of Clinical Manager for our Warwick, RI Assistive Care office. This office provides best in class care to adult and senior clients throughout the state of Rhode Island.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
- Visit our clients and conduct in home assessments.
- Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
- Supervise home health aide (HHA) staff in the field.
- Facilitate new hire orientation.
- Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 1+ year of experience as an RN.
- Leadership experience preferred (i.e. Charge Nurse, Floor Nurse, Clinical Manager).
- Ambition to lead and educate others.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strategic, creative mindset.
- Strong time management skills.
