BCBA Opportunities
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at BAYADA, you'll have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of your clients through applied behavior analysis. In your role, you will:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments with clients in their homes, schools, community settings, or in our specially equipped centers
- Design and monitor implementation of treatment plans
- Provide ongoing training and supervision to BAYADA Registered Behavior Technicians® (RBTs)
- Conduct group trainings and supervisions
