As a home health aide at BAYADA, your primary responsibility is to deliver one-on-one care to clients in their homes. Your daily tasks may include:
- Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assisting with mobility and transfers
- Monitoring and reporting changes in client health conditions to the clinical team
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Helping with light housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean and safe living environment
- Assisting with meal preparation and dietary needs
