HICU®️ is a clinical care program for infants and young pediatric clients that is nationally recognized for innovation by Modern Healthcare. HICU®️ nurses deliver ICU-level care at home for clients transitioning from the NICU/PICU. HICU®️ nurses work closely with the hospital care team to prepare for client discharge and provide ongoing support to families.

We're looking for full-time RNs with the following:
- NICU, PICU, or home care trach/vent experience
- Experience working with infants or young pediatric clients
- Willingness to commute to and work in a client's home full-time
