Pay Range: $17-$19/hour
BAYADA offers Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNAs):
- Home Care Field Employees are eligible for any of BAYADA’s group medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits if you work an average of 32 hours per week over a 3-month measurement period.
- Home Care Field Employees working less than 32 hours per week are eligible for the Minimum and Enhanced Minimum Coverage Plans.

Qualifications for HHA/CNA – Home Health Aide/CNA:
- Minimum one year work experience
- Current Home Health Aide Certificate (at least 40 hours) OR CNA License OR one-year of hands on experience working as a caregiver
- Current CPR Certification - Must have Hands on Component
- Level II Background Check Current (Information regarding the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse can be found at https://info.flclearinghouse.com/)
Job Responsibilities for Home Health Aides (HHA)/Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA):
- Activities of daily living
- Light housekeeping
- Bathing
- Grooming
- Toileting
- Nail care
- Range of motion / exercises
- Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
- Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
- Assisting with ambulation
- Medication reminders
- Transportation
