About the Role

As a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Manager, you will lead and support field clinicians while ensuring the delivery of outstanding home health services. This role combines direct patient interaction with office-based clinical leadership responsibilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising and mentoring home health clinicians in the field
  • Conducting in-home patient visits and assessments
  • Providing clinical oversight and support to care teams
  • Managing patient cases and ensuring quality outcomes
  • Assisting with care planning and coordination
  • Supporting staff development, training, and performance evaluations
  • Monitoring compliance with home health regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Promoting excellence in patient care and customer service

This position offers a unique opportunity for an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to grow into a leadership role while continuing to make a direct impact on patient care.

Qualifications

  • Current Maryland Registered Nurse (RN) License in good standing
  • Minimum of two years of recent clinical field experience in a Medicare-Certified Home Health Agency
  • Prior clinical oversight, leadership, or supervisory experience
  • Strong knowledge of OASIS, home health regulations, and case management
  • Home Health and OASIS experience required
  • Experience with quality assurance and clinical compliance
  • Excellent assessment, organizational, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication, leadership, and computer skills
  • Desire for professional growth and career advancement
