The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides essential support to future and existing field employees by managing high-volume onboarding, compliance, and administrative recruiting processes with efficiency, accuracy, and service excellence. This role operates as a shared service resource across Talent Acquisition and plays an important part in supporting employee onboarding, retention, and overall candidate experience.

Primary Responsibilities

Operate as a shared service resource to all Talent Acquisition functions and manage administrative recruiting activities.

Manage logistics and materials for initial screens while supporting personnel file management, credentialing, and coordination.

Ensure employee information is obtained and maintained in accordance with federal and state requirements.

Collect post-conditional documents and confirm completion of post-conditional documentation workflows.

Track candidates after conditional offer acceptance to ensure they are progressing appropriately through onboarding and are accounted for in partnership with recruiting partners.

Demonstrate strong performance in the key job dimensions and attributes outlined in the Performance Appraisal for Office Staff.

Perform related duties as assigned or requested by leadership.
Responsibilities

Support recruiting and onboarding activities for candidates and field employees.

Coordinate interviews, orientation communications, and onboarding milestones with awareness of HST, CST and cross-time-zone scheduling needs.

Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners, office leaders, and support teams to ensure a smooth and timely onboarding experience for new hires.

Monitor candidate progress closely to help reduce delays in documentation, credentialing, and preboarding workflows for hires supporting Behavioral Health and Habilitation operations.

Maintain clear, responsive communication with candidates and internal partners to deliver a high-touch experience aligned with BAYADA’s service standards.

Help prioritize urgent hiring and onboarding needs across Behavioral Health and Habilitation offices while balancing volume, deadlines, and service expectations.

Support accurate reporting and follow-up on candidate and onboarding activity related to recruiting operations.

Contribute to a positive, organized, and solutions-oriented recruiting experience for candidates entering BAYADA’s Behavioral Health and Habilitation service offices.
Qualifications

Four-year college degree or equivalent experience.

Minimum of one year of experience in administrative work; direct recruiting experience appreciated.

High degree of professionalism and attention to detail.

Acceptable pre-employment assessment results.

- Must be able to work in the Hawaii time zone and Central time zone.
