BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) to join our Home Health Talent Acquisition team. The TAC will manage the onboarding process for newly hired home health clinicians, to include nurses, therapists, and social workers.

Responsibilities:
- Operate as a dedicated pre-hire support resource for the Talent Acquisition department
- Manage the pre-hire process from offer acceptance through final office approval, ensuring a smooth and timely candidate experience.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates during the pre-hire phase, providing guidance, answering questions, and resolving issues as they arise.
- Ensure all employee information and pre-hire requirements are obtained, tracked, and maintained in compliance with regulations, including reference checks, background checks, and electronic signature forms.
- Navigate and work across multiple third-party vendors, proactively troubleshooting and resolving delays or technical issues.
- Maintain regular communication with Recruiters, providing clear and accurate updates on candidate status and potential risks or delays.
- Demonstrate strong working knowledge of state-specific pre-hire requirements for supported states, as well as BAYADA pre-hire policies and standards.
- Review all completed pre-hire documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance prior to submission.
- Compile and submit compliant pre-hire packets to the office for final review and approval.
- Ensure all pre-hire activities are documented accurately and completed within required timelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)
- Human Resources or onboarding experience required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
- Demonstrates leadership skills, customer service, self-motivation, problem solving, and ability to perform multiple tasks with minimum supervision
- Organizational and time management skills
- Strong computer proficiency
- Residence within EDT or CDT time zones preferred
