No experience? No problem. Our paid Apprentice Program gives you the training you need to succeed from day one.
All clients are adults, age 18 and older.
What You’ll Earn and Receive

What You’ll Do
- Support clients with errands and appointments
- Build meaningful connections through hobbies and activities
- Assist with daily routines, including meal preparation
- Encourage and participate in community involvement
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with I/DD preferred, but not required
(Paid training is available for those new to the field)
Locations Hiring
Positions are available throughout Westmoreland County, including: Greensburg, Irwin, New Kensington, Lower Burrell, Youngwood, Spring Church, and surrounding areas.
