BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Union and Essex County Teams providing care to adult and pediatric clients on weekends in the comfort of their homes.

Whether you're looking for consistent weekend hours or additional shifts to complement your weekday schedule, BAYADA works with your availability to match you with ongoing cases that fit your needs. Our goal is to provide continuity for our clients while giving our nurses the flexibility and support they deserve.

Weekend Program Incentive: Nurses who commit to working at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week and complete a minimum of three weekend shifts per month are eligible for an additional 2 hours of pay for each qualifying weekend shift worked. For example, work an 8-hour shift and get paid for 10 hours. This incentive applies to weekend shifts of 8 hours or longer.


Weekend Incentive Requirements

  • Nurses must commit to one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week
  • Minimum of 3 weekend shifts per month required
  • Shifts must be a minimum of 8 hours to qualify
  • Eligible nurses receive an additional 2 hours of pay for completed weekend shifts

Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program

  • Active LPN license in good standing in New Jersey


Compensation & Scheduling

💲 $33–$35 per hour
