Clinical Manager (RN) – Pediatric Home Care
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Lancaster, PA Pediatric Home Care office as a Clinical Manager. This leadership role offers the opportunity to combine your clinical expertise with mentorship and team development while making a meaningful impact in the lives of pediatric clients and their families throughout Lancaster and Lebanon Counties.

As a Clinical Manager, you will:
- Lead, inspire, and support a team of nurses in delivering exceptional pediatric home care
- Conduct client assessments and supervisory visits throughout Lancaster and Lebanon Counties
- Develop individualized pediatric care plans and oversee their implementation
- Provide clinical oversight and support to field nursing staff
- Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding for nurses
- Participate in training, mentoring, and ongoing professional development of clinical staff
- Coordinate and deliver educational in-services and skills development programs
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies
- Serve as a clinical resource for nurses, clients, and families
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required
- Pediatric, home care, or home health experience preferred
- Tracheostomy and ventilator experience preferred, or a willingness to learn
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience is a plus
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in person and travel throughout the service area as needed
