BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Ocean County team. In this full-time role, you'll provide one-on-one therapy services to adult and geriatric clients in senior living communities throughout Ocean County, helping them maintain independence, improve function, and thrive in the comfort of their own homes.

What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for clients in senior living communities and group home settings.
- Utilize evidence-based interventions to maximize safety, independence, and quality of life.
- Collaborate with home health clinicians to ensure seamless transitions of care and achieve client-centered goals.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques, adaptive equipment, and home safety recommendations.
- Deliver skilled occupational therapy treatments and complete timely documentation through our electronic medical record platform.
- Assess functional abilities related to activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, cognition, and environmental safety.
- Participate in discharge planning and ongoing care coordination to promote optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Current New Jersey Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Minimum of one year of recent experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program approved by the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA)
- Home health experience preferred, but not required
- Strong clinical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while managing a flexible schedule
- Comfortable using electronic medical records and technology

Compensation
$58.00–$63.00 per point
Estimated annual earnings: $90,480–$98,280, based on productivity, qualifications, and experience.
