Physical Therapist Assistant – Senior Living / Home Health

Physical Therapist Assistant – Senior Living Communities (Home Health Visits) BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our Triad Senior Living team in a part‑time, per‑visit role. This position focuses on providing one‑on‑one home health therapy services to older adults living in senior living communities throughout Forsyth County, North Carolina.

As a home health PTA, you will play a key role in helping residents maintain mobility, independence, and overall physical well‑being. Working under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will deliver individualized treatment programs, therapeutic exercises, functional training, and resident education within the comfort and familiarity of their senior living environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide high‑quality therapeutic interventions as delegated by the supervising Physical Therapist

  • Support residents in achieving or maintaining optimal physical function

  • Conduct treatments, tests, and education tailored to the needs of older adults

  • Collaborate with the care team within senior living communities to promote resident safety and wellness

What You’ll Need

  • North Carolina Physical Therapist Assistant license

  • Graduate of a physical therapy program accredited jointly by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical
    Therapy Education

  • At least one year of experience working as a Physical Therapist Assistant

  • A passion for working with adult and geriatric populations in a home‑style setting
