BAYADA Behavioral Health is seeking energetic, confident Paraprofessionals / Skills Trainers who can provide strong, supportive guidance to children with special needs. In this role, you will deliver one‑to‑one services in school settings, working with students ages three through twenty. Our Paraprofessionals / Skills Trainers play a key part in helping children build essential skills and achieve meaningful progress in their daily lives.
We have current Paraprofessional openings in the following locations:
Hilo, Honoka'a, Laupahoehoe, Waimea, Kohala, Waikoloa, Kona, and the surrounding areas

Qualifications for Paraprofessionals:
- A minimum of 48 college credits OR
- Passing score of 459 on Paraprofessional Assessment exam (including both Math & English at levels 100 or higher)
- Ability to read and write in English
Job Responsibilities for Paraprofessionals:
- Work one to one with clients on behaviors, goals and client needs
- Collect daily client data
