At BAYADA Home Health Care, we are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team as a Marketing Manager supporting the Raleigh metro area. In this role, you will develop and manage relationships with referral sources throughout the community to promote BAYADA Senior Living Solutions. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, results-driven, and skilled at building strong, lasting partnerships.
BAYADA Senior Living Solutions partners with senior living communities to deliver a customized continuum of wellness, clinical, and supportive care services through one coordinated team—helping residents thrive, strengthening community outcomes, and supporting safer aging in place.

Responsibilities:
- Generating referrals for BAYADA Senior Living Solutions by building relationships with independent/assisted living facilities and other community resources..
- Conduct market analysis; develop sales strategy, goals and plans.
- Conducting sales calls, and evaluating results and effectiveness of sales activity.
- Support business development activities and help establish strong relationships with new and existing referral sources.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.
- At least two years recent sales experience in sales.
- Sales experience in Senior Living is preferred but not required.
- Formal sales training.
- Proven ability to develop and implement a sales and marketing plan.
- Evidence of achieving referral goals within the market.
- Excellent planning, organization and presentation skills are critical.
