Client Services Manager | Pennsauken, NJ | Salary: $50,000 plus GM%
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Client Services Manager (CSM) to support an Assistive Care office serving clients and families in the community. In Assistive Care, the CSM is at the center of daily operations, helping ensure clients receive the care they need, when they need it, while supporting field staff and partnering closely with office leadership.

Position Summary
As a Client Services Manager in an Assistive Care office, you will coordinate care and services for a caseload of clients, maintain schedules for caregivers, respond to service needs, support start-of-care activity, and help create a positive experience for clients, families, and employees. This is a fast-paced, highly relational role that requires strong communication, sound judgment, organization, and a commitment to compassionate service.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Manage daily and weekly schedules for clients and caregivers, helping ensure visits are staffed and service gaps are addressed quickly.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and families, answering questions, resolving concerns, and supporting a strong client experience.
- Partner with caregivers, clinical team members, and office leadership to support service delivery and continuity of care.
- Coordinate referrals, intakes, and start-of-care activity by gathering information, collaborating with internal partners, and helping services begin smoothly.
- Maintain accurate client and service documentation and use office systems such as AlayaCare to support scheduling, documentation, and operational follow-through.
- Build and manage a caseload with a focus on service consistency, responsiveness, and office performance.
- Respond calmly and effectively to last-minute changes, call-outs, and urgent staffing needs.

Qualifications
Qualified candidates should have:
- Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and empathy.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfort learning and using scheduling, documentation, email, and reporting systems.
- A commitment to supporting clients, families, and field employees with compassion, excellence, and reliability.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in home care, healthcare, staffing, customer service, or an office-based coordination role.
- Experience with scheduling, service coordination, referrals, or caseload management.
- Familiarity with Assistive Care or private-pay home care environments.
Schedule and Work Environment
- Full-time, in-office role.
- Typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with flexibility to respond to urgent service needs as they arise.
