Mount Laurel, NJ (BUR Office) | Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Salary: $85,000- $90,000

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate, relationship-driven Registered Nurse to join our Burlington (BUR) Assistive Care office as a Clinical Manager.This office supports clients across Burlington county.

In this role, you will help lead a team that supports adult and senior clients who want to remain safely and comfortably at home. You’ll partner closely with caregivers, clients, families, and office staff to ensure high-quality care, strong communication, and an exceptional client experience.

What you’ll do

  • Lead, mentor, and support caregivers and field staff in delivering compassionate, dependable care
  • Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments, supervisory visits, and service check-ins
  • Oversee care planning, client documentation, and communication with families and internal teams
  • Supervise and support Home Health Aides in the field, including orientation, training, and skills validation
  • Help coordinate schedules and services to support continuity of care
  • Partner with office leadership on quality, compliance, and client satisfaction
  • Respond to changes in client needs and help ensure care plans remain accurate, timely, and client-centered
  • Model THE BAYADA WAY through professionalism, empathy, and a commitment to excellence

What we’re looking for

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • At least 2 years of RN experience
  • Home care, assistive care, personal care, or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfort balancing office responsibilities with field-based client visits
  • Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • A genuine passion for helping clients live safely and with dignity at home

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Full-time position
  • Monday through Friday, daytime office hours of 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Combination of office-based leadership and field-based client visits
  • Flexibility needed to support client needs, caregiver supervision, and service continuity
  • Occasional local travel for client visits, supervisory visits, meetings, and community engagement
