BAYADA Home Health Care is currently looking to add a Clinical Manager (RN Required) to our Newton, MA Assistive Care team. This team provides high-quality personal care and support services to clients in their homes throughout Newton, MA and surrounding communities.

Please Note: This is a Registered Nurse (RN) leadership position. We are specifically seeking experienced RNs who are passionate about home care, clinical leadership, staff development, and care management.

Responsibilities for a Clinical Nurse Manager:

  • You will visit our geriatric clients and conduct nursing assessments in Newton, MA and surrounding areas.
  • You will develop, manage, and oversee client care plans while coordinating communication between clients, families, caregivers, clinicians, and office staff.
  • You will provide clinical leadership and supervision to Home Health Aides and field staff to ensure exceptional quality of care.
  • You will serve as a mentor and resource for caregivers, helping them develop professionally while maintaining high standards of service delivery.
  • You will facilitate orientation and onboarding for new Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants.
  • You will participate in training, coaching, competency development, and in-service education programs for field staff.
  • You will collaborate with office leadership to support staffing decisions, client satisfaction, employee engagement, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • You will maintain compliance with company policies, state regulations, and industry best practices.
  • You will develop leadership skills that position you for future advancement opportunities within BAYADA.

Qualifications for a Clinical Nurse Manager:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse required.
  • Home Care, Home Health, Hospice, Private Duty, Case Management, or Community Health experience preferred.
  • Supervisory, Charge Nurse, Clinical Lead, Preceptor, or Nurse Manager experience preferred.
  • Strong assessment, care planning, and clinical decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
  • Passion for developing caregivers and supporting teams.
  • Desire to grow within a leadership-focused nursing role.
  • Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care in the home setting.

    • Base Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 annually depending on qualifications
