Clinical Manager (RN) – Pediatric Home Care
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our St. Marys, PA Pediatric Home Care Office as a Clinical Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced RN to combine clinical expertise with leadership while supporting pediatric clients and mentoring a team of dedicated field nurses.

As a Clinical Manager, you will:
- Lead, inspire, and motivate clinical staff to provide exceptional pediatric care.
- Conduct client assessments and supervisory visits throughout St. Marys and the surrounding communities.
- Develop individualized pediatric care plans and oversee their implementation.
- Supervise, coach, and support nursing staff in the field.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding for new nurses.
- Coordinate ongoing training, mentorship, and in-services for field clinicians.
- Serve as a clinical resource for nurses, clients, and families while promoting quality outcomes and exceptional patient care.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience.
- Pediatric nursing experience preferred.
- Tracheostomy and ventilator experience preferred, or a willingness to learn.
- Home care experience preferred.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
