What You'll Do
As the Director, you will:
- Lead, coach, and mentor the office team while creating structure, accountability, and a strong values-based culture.
- Own office performance across service, quality, people, growth, and finance, using BAYADA metrics and performance tools to guide priorities and decisions.
- Partner closely with clinical and operational leaders to support safe, high-quality hospice care and an exceptional experience for clients and families.
- Build strong relationships with referral sources, physicians, facilities, hospitals, and community partners to support office growth and reputation.
- Use reports, dashboards, and office data to monitor admissions, service delivery, staffing, client experience, and financial trends.
- Support hiring, onboarding, development, and retention of office and field leaders.
- Lead regular 1:1s and team meetings to align priorities, celebrate wins, address challenges, and reinforce accountability.
- Partner with division leadership on business planning, goal setting, and execution aligned to office and practice priorities.
- Help ensure the office operates with strong attention to detail, responsiveness, compliance, and continuity of care.
- Represent BAYADA in the local community with professionalism, heart, and a commitment to extraordinary service.

Qualifications
- Leadership experience in hospice, home care, healthcare operations, service delivery, or a similarly fast-paced environment preferred.
- Strong experience supervising, developing, and supporting teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems quickly, and stay organized in a dynamic office setting.
- Comfortable using data, dashboards, and reports to manage performance and drive action.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients, families, referral partners, and internal teams.
- Experience supporting growth, community outreach, or business development efforts preferred.
- A mission-driven mindset and a genuine commitment to helping people live safely and comfortably at home with dignity.
- Bachelor's degree required
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time, exempt, on-site office leadership role.
- Fast-paced hospice office environment with a strong need for structure, responsiveness, and follow-through.
- Regular collaboration with office leadership, clinicians, and interdisciplinary partners.
- Community engagement and local relationship-building are important parts of the role.
