Client Services Manager
Toms River Assistive Care (TRA) Office
Schedule: Full-time, exempt; Monday–Friday daytime hours
Salary: $50,000- $55,000 per year plus commision
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate, organized, and relationship-focused Client Services Manager (CSM) for our Toms River Assistive Care (TRA) office. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference by helping clients receive dependable, high-quality care in the comfort of their own homes while supporting the caregivers who serve them.
The CSM is at the center of the client experience. In this role, you will coordinate services, build trusted relationships with clients and families, support and schedule field employees, and help grow and strengthen the office caseload. Your work will be guided by The BAYADA Way of Compassion, Excellence, and Reliability.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a caseload of clients receiving assistive care services.
- Build strong, responsive relationships with clients, families, caregivers, referral sources, and community partners.
- Coordinate client services and schedules to promote continuity, reliability, and satisfaction.
- Recruit, onboard, and support field employees in partnership with the office team.
- Match clients and caregivers thoughtfully based on service needs, availability, skills, and preferences.
- Respond promptly and professionally to service concerns, staffing challenges, and client or family needs.
- Provide administrative supervision, guidance, and ongoing support to field employees.
- Participate in client intake, service planning, case management, and follow-up activities.
- Monitor caseload performance, service delivery, staffing, and key office metrics.
- Contribute to caseload growth through excellent service, reliable follow-through, and relationship building.
- Collaborate with the Director and office team to improve processes and strengthen the client and employee experience.

Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in customer service, healthcare, home care, scheduling, staffing, case management, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients, families, caregivers, referral sources, and colleagues.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment.
- Comfort using computers and learning scheduling, documentation, email, and reporting systems.
- Sound judgment, professionalism, responsiveness, and a commitment to keeping commitments.
- Genuine passion for helping people live safely at home with comfort, independence, and dignity.
