Work Model: Onsite
Schedule: Monday–Friday, generally 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

We are seeking a compassionate, accountable, and business-minded Director to lead our Denver Assistive Care office and help strengthen the care experience for clients, families, and caregivers.

This is an opportunity to lead with purpose while building a high-performing office. The Director will oversee day-to-day operations, develop and inspire a talented team, grow community relationships, and ensure the office delivers reliable, high-quality care.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the Denver Assistive Care office with a visible, collaborative, and service-oriented leadership style.

  • Set direction for office operations, priorities, and performance while keeping clients and families at the center of decisions.

  • Develop, coach, recognize, and retain team members across client services, care management, recruiting, and office support functions.

  • Build strong relationships with clients, families, caregivers, referral sources, community partners, and other healthcare professionals.

  • Support business development through community outreach, relationship-building, service education, and local marketing efforts.

  • Monitor operational and financial performance, including census, revenue, staffing, service quality, client experience, and other key performance indicators.

  • Promote compliance with BAYADA policies, applicable regulations, payer requirements, and quality standards.

  • Partner with clinical and operational leaders to resolve issues, improve workflows, and strengthen continuity of care.

  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and talent development.

  • Respond to urgent office or client needs and participate in on-call support as needed.

  • Create a culture grounded in compassion, excellence, reliability, honesty, and teamwork.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree leading an office, service operation, or healthcare team.

  • Experience managing people, operations, budgets, performance goals, and customer or client relationships.

  • A demonstrated ability to lead through influence, build trust, and hold teams accountable with care and consistency.

  • Strong business judgment and an owner’s mindset, including the ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and follow through on commitments.

  • Experience with community outreach, sales, marketing, or business development is highly valued.

  • Excellent communication, organization, decision-making, and relationship-building skills.

  • Comfort using business systems, data, and performance metrics to guide action.

  • Commitment to BAYADA’s mission and to helping people live safely and independently in their homes.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Anticipated salary range: Up to $90k annually, depending on qualifications and experience.

  • Eligibility for BAYADA’s applicable service office compensation and incentive plans.
