- Frederick
- Middletown
- Thurmont

What We Offer
Competitive Pay: $18.00-$20.00/hour, paid weekly
Weekend Opportunities: We are currently hiring caregivers who are available to provide weekend coverage.

- Full-time field employees averaging 30+ hours per week over three months are eligible for group medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage.
- Part-time field employees working under 30 hours per week are eligible for Minimum and Enhanced Minimum Coverage Plans.

What You'll Do
You will provide high-quality, compassionate care to clients in their homes, helping them safely maintain their independence. Responsibilities may include:
- Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and oral feeding.
- Mobility Support: Assisting with ambulation and transfers.
- Health Monitoring: Checking vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and respiration, and assisting with range-of-motion exercises.
- Home Management: Light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, bed-making, and other related tasks.
- Medication Assistance: Assisting clients with their daily medications.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of one year of professional work experience in a healthcare setting.
- Education: Certificate showing completion of at least 75 hours of Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training.
- Licensing: Current, active CNA license in good standing with the state board.
- Weekend Availability: Candidates should be available to provide care during weekend shifts.
- Personal Qualities: Compassionate, dependable, patient-centered, and committed to providing excellent care.
- Language Skills: Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, including those who speak Spanish, ASL, Russian, Mandarin, Cantonese, Arabic, Urdu, and other languages.
