Description

Toms River Pediatrics (TRP) | Toms River, NJ

Full-time | In-office | Base salary: $50,000–$55,000 annually, plus commission opportunity

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a positive, proactive Client Services Manager (CSM) to join our Toms River Pediatrics office. This is an excellent opportunity for a relationship-focused leader who is energized by sales, business growth, team management, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of clients and families.

The CSM is a key connector between clients, families, referral sources, and field employees. In this role, you will grow the office’s business, strengthen relationships, resolve concerns, and help ensure clients receive reliable, compassionate care in the comfort of their homes.

What You’ll Do
  • Build and grow the office caseload through relationship development, sales-minded outreach, and excellent service.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, referral sources, and nurses.
  • Serve as a connector and troubleshooter between client needs and nurse staffing needs.
  • Respond to client complaints and service concerns with empathy, professionalism, urgency, and follow-through.
  • Support nurses through communication, problem-solving, relationship management, and administrative guidance.
  • Conduct desk-based marketing outreach and occasional in-person visits to physician, physical therapy, and other referral offices.
  • Learn and apply BAYADA’s marketing and business-development approach through training and coaching.
  • Partner with office leadership and clinical team members to support quality service, continuity of care, and business growth.
  • Provide recruiting support, including onboarding and NHT/NHO activities, when the associate is unavailable; recruiting is a supporting responsibility rather than the primary focus of the role.
  • Participate in quarterly after-hours events and job fairs as needed.
  • Manage day-to-day activities primarily from the office using the Statewide system.

What We’re Looking For

  • A sales-minded, growth-oriented professional who understands that expanding the business helps more people access meaningful care.
  • Experience leading, coaching, supervising, or managing people.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • A positive, proactive approach and the confidence to address difficult conversations.
  • The ability to remain calm, solution-focused, and professional when handling client complaints or nurse relationship challenges.
  • Strong judgment and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort balancing client service, employee support, marketing, staffing needs, and business priorities.
  • Experience in home care, healthcare, staffing, sales, customer service, operations, or a related field is helpful.
  • Home care experience is preferred but can be learned by the right candidate.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and the ability to learn Statewide and other office technology.

Schedule and Work Environment

  • Full-time, primarily in-office position in Toms River, NJ.
  • Monday–Friday schedule with flexibility for occasional after-hours events and job fairs.
  • Occasional local travel for marketing visits and community outreach.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary of $50,000–$55,000 annually.
  • Commission opportunity tied to gross margin growth.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage; paid time off; paid holidays; 401(k) with company match; employer-paid life insurance; Employee Assistance Program; and tuition reimbursement.
  • Training, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth.
  • The opportunity to make a meaningful difference for clients, families, and the community every day.
