BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) leader to join our Hospice team as a Multisite Director supporting our Newtown Square and Blue Bell, PA offices.

What You’ll Do
As Multisite Director, you’ll have responsibility for the overall leadership and performance of the two hospice offices, including:
- Lead and develop your teams while creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, recognition, and professional growth.
- Oversee operations, budgeting, planning, recruiting, staffing, and fiscal management across both locations.
- Monitor the quality, appropriateness, and compliance of hospice services to ensure excellent patient and family experiences.
- Partner with clinical leaders to support staff education, training, performance, and development.
- Mentor and develop your Associate Director and other emerging leaders, preparing them for increased responsibility.
- Identify opportunities to grow the offices and strengthen referral relationships within the community.
- Build relationships with hospitals, physicians, facilities, community organizations, and other referral partners.
- Stay informed about hospice, healthcare, and community trends and translate those insights into opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Represent BAYADA and our commitment to The BAYADA Way with professionalism, warmth, and credibility.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a mission-driven RN leader who combines strong clinical judgment with operational and people leadership.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license required
- Four-year college degree required
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable supervisory or management experience
- Hospice experience strongly preferred
- Home health care experience preferred
- Demonstrated success achieving goals and taking on increasing levels of responsibility
- Strong interpersonal, recruiting, coaching, and employee-relations skills
- Ability to organize, manage, market, and grow a healthcare operation
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, including the ability to represent BAYADA within the community
- Comfortable using technology and computer systems in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to build, improve, and grow
- Desire to continue developing as a healthcare leader
