BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a full-time Client Services Manager for our Washington Township Adult Nursing office in Sewell, NJ. If you are looking for an exciting leadership opportunity in a growing industry, this could be the position for you.

Our Client Services Managers play a vital role in coordinating high-quality home care services and supporting the field employees who care for our clients. You will help ensure that clients and their families receive compassionate, reliable service while partnering closely with clinical and office leadership.

Responsibilities for a Client Services Manager

  • Coordinate and manage services for a caseload of clients.
  • Schedule appropriate field employees based on competency, availability, and client needs.
  • Follow up on assignments to support client, family, and employee satisfaction.
  • Build trusting relationships with clients, families, field employees, referral sources, payors, and community partners.
  • Respond to client and family questions or concerns related to services, scheduling, billing, and related needs.
  • Partner with Clinical Managers and office leadership to support continuity and quality of care.
  • Provide administrative supervision, coaching, feedback, and support to field employees.
  • Participate in field employee recruitment, job fairs, local events, and retention initiatives.
  • Document, investigate, resolve, and follow up on client and employee incidents and complaints.
  • Monitor caseload metrics, including gross margin, overtime, and unfilled hours, to support office goals.
  • Accurately process weekly field employee payroll and maintain billing and pay-rate information within approved limits.
  • Support service growth by responding to inquiries, developing referral relationships, and promoting BAYADA services.
  • Participate in onboarding, training, office meetings, and company activities.
  • Provide backup support for on-call and office operations as needed.
  • Maintain confidential information and follow BAYADA policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.

Qualifications for a Client Services Manager

Prior supervisory experience, including experience managing people and business functions.

  • Prior health care, home care, recruiting, or service coordination experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated record of goal achievement and successfully taking on increased responsibility.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, field employees, clinical leaders, referral sources, and other partners.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
