Recruiting Manager/Recruiter

We are seeking an upbeat, people-focused Recruiter to join our growing TEM office and help build a team of compassionate professionals serving the Phoenix area.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in high-volume recruiting or hiring who enjoys connecting with people, understands the importance of quality care, and is motivated by meaningful work.
What you’ll do
- Lead sourcing, recruiting and hiring activities for the office.
- Connect with prospective candidates by phone and build strong, positive relationships.
- Help identify candidates who are the right fit for BAYADA and the people we serve.
- Partner with the office team to support hiring goals and continued growth.
- Coordinate recruiting activities, follow up with candidates, and help create a welcoming candidate experience.
- Contribute to a collaborative, supportive office environment.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in recruiting, hiring, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and confidence connecting with people by phone.
- An upbeat, relationship-oriented approach.
- The ability to understand and communicate the importance of high-quality care.
- Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
- A genuine commitment to BAYADA’s mission and the communities we serve.
Schedule and location
- Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- On-site at 7975 N Hayden Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85258.
- Supporting the Phoenix territory.
- No ongoing travel is required. New-hire training includes approximately three weeks of training, including three days in Tucson.
Compensation and growth
- Salary based on experience and qualifications.
