The Recruiting Manager will:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for Home Health Aides, from initial candidate attraction through orientation and onboarding
  • Create and manage job postings across appropriate recruiting platforms to generate a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Proactively source and engage Home Health Aide candidates through job boards, community outreach, referrals, recruiting events, and other creative sourcing strategies
  • Screen and interview candidates while providing a positive and engaging candidate experience
  • Extend conditional offers and manage candidates through all post-conditional requirements
  • Coordinate and facilitate new-hire orientation and onboarding to ensure caregivers are prepared for success
  • Manage required pre-employment documentation, credentials, background requirements, and other compliance items to ensure candidates meet BAYADA and regulatory standards
  • Maintain accurate and timely candidate and employee documentation throughout the recruiting and onboarding process
  • Develop strong relationships with candidates, field employees, office leadership, and community partners
  • Partner closely with office leadership to understand current and future staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies to support client growth
  • Monitor recruiting activity, pipeline metrics, hiring goals, and onboarding progress to identify opportunities and ensure staffing needs are being met
  • Support caregiver engagement and retention efforts while helping create a positive experience from a candidate's first interaction with BAYADA

Qualifications for a Recruiting Manager:

  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • Prior recruiting, staffing, healthcare, home care, or related experience preferred
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting and high-volume hiring preferred
  • Prior experience recruiting or onboarding Home Health Aides, caregivers, CNAs, or other healthcare professionals is a plus
  • Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility and achieving goals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple candidates and priorities at once
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly around onboarding and compliance requirements
  • Strong computer and applicant tracking system skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ambition to grow and advance beyond the current position
