BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a full-time Service Supervisor for our Home Care office in Green Valley, AZ. This is a meaningful opportunity for a compassionate, dependable professional who wants to support clients and families while helping field staff and office teams deliver exceptional care.

Position Summary

The Service Supervisor serves as a non-clinical field supervisor, where applicable, client advocate, and community resource. This role works closely with the interdisciplinary office team to promote client and employee satisfaction, uphold quality and safety standards, and help address social determinant issues that affect client health and well-being.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Exemplifies the characteristics of The BAYADA Way: compassion, excellence, and reliability.
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to take on increased responsibility with positive results.
  • Desire to grow beyond the current role.
  • College degree or prior health care, home care, and/or social service experience preferred.
  • Basic PC skills required.
  • Ability to travel to client homes and community locations as needed.
  • Successful completion of required background checks and employment screenings.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate and communicate the core values of BAYADA and The BAYADA Way.
  • Conduct supervisory visits of non-medical staff in clients’ homes and in the community, as applicable.
  • Build positive, supportive, and trusting relationships with clients, field staff, families, and colleagues.
  • Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary management team.
  • Ensure field staff have completed required competencies and documentation before providing services.
  • Visit clients in their homes to:
    • Obtain feedback and support client and employee satisfaction.
    • Ensure the care plan is carried out as written.
    • Identify and assist with unmet social needs.
    • Promote safe, quality service delivery.
  • Report service deviations or care plan requests to the Clinical Manager and/or Client Services Manager.
  • Document pertinent interactions with clients, families, physicians, case managers, and other care providers to support coordination and continuity of service.
  • Support caregiver engagement, communication, recognition, and retention.
  • Develop community relationships and participate in outreach activities.
  • Maintain current knowledge of and follow BAYADA policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
  • Participate in office meetings, training, and other activities required to support client and employee success.
