Associate – Pediatric Home Care
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an Associate to join our West Chester, PA Pediatrics office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to launch a career in healthcare administration, develop leadership skills, and grow within a dynamic organization.
As an Associate, you’ll gain hands-on experience across client services, employee support, compliance, and office operations while working closely with experienced leaders. This role is designed for someone who is ambitious, eager to learn, and ready to take on increasing responsibility as they grow.

What You’ll Do
- Partner with the manager to coordinate and deliver high-quality client services
- Conduct new-hire orientation for RNs, LPNs, and HHAs
- Track employee personnel and compliance requirements
- Support field employee engagement and recognition activities
- Assist with office operations, including ordering supplies and maintaining accurate data
- Provide administrative and operational support as needed
- Build strong relationships with field employees and office leadership
- Take on additional responsibilities and projects as you develop your skills
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to achieve goals and build professional relationships
- Ambition and a growth mindset, with a desire to advance beyond the current position
- Strong computer skills, including data entry and Microsoft Office
- Comfortable communicating by phone and conducting professional outreach
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow into increased responsibility
