Nurse Manager – Pediatric Home Care
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Allentown, PA Pediatric Home Care office as a Nurse Manager.

As a Nurse Manager, you’ll lead and mentor field nurses while staying connected to pediatric client care. You’ll gain valuable management experience and have opportunities to grow your career within BAYADA.

What You’ll Do
- Lead, inspire, and motivate nurses to provide exceptional pediatric care
- Visit pediatric clients in Allentown and surrounding areas and conduct assessments
- Develop individualized pediatric care plans and oversee their execution
- Supervise and support nursing staff in the field
- Facilitate new-hire orientation for nurses
- Provide ongoing training, education, and in-services for field staff
- Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for nurses as they develop their skills
- Help promote quality care, strong client relationships, and employee engagement
What We’re Looking For
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- 2+ years of RN experience
- Pediatric nursing experience preferred
- Trach/vent experience or an interest in learning
- Supervisory or leadership experience required
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- A growth mindset and desire to continue developing as a healthcare leader
