Associate – Pediatric Home Care
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an Associate to join our Broomall, PA Pediatrics office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to launch a career in healthcare administration, develop leadership skills, and grow within a dynamic, mission-driven organization.
As an Associate, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to healthcare operations, client services, staffing, employee engagement, and team management while working alongside experienced leaders. What You’ll Do
- Partner with office leadership to coordinate and deliver high-quality client services
- Gain hands-on experience with day-to-day office operations and healthcare administration
- Coordinate nurse residency scheduling
- Manage payroll for field staff
- Conduct new-hire orientation for RNs, LPNs, and HHAs
- Track employee personnel and compliance requirements
- Support field employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives
- Assist with referral management, data entry, and other administrative processes
- Build strong relationships with field employees, clients, and office leadership
- Take on additional projects and responsibilities as you develop your skills
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to achieve goals and build professional relationships
- Growth mindset and genuine interest in developing a career in healthcare leadership
- Ambition, initiative, and willingness to take on increasing responsibility
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry
- Comfortable communicating by phone and conducting professional outreach
- Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
