Client Services Manager (CSM)

Habilitation | BHA Office

Location: 1221 Kilauea Avenue, Suite 60, Hilo, HI 96720
Work model: On-site; this is not a remote or hybrid position
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Compensation: Starting at approximately $50,000 annually, plus potential incentive compensation

BAYADA is seeking a driven and compassionate Client Services Manager to join our Habilitation team in Hilo, Hawaii. In this role, you will help coordinate dependable services for clients and families while supporting the employees who provide care in the community.

This is a new position created to support the growth of the BHA office. You will help build strong relationships, maintain a responsive client experience, and contribute to an organized, collaborative office culture. The role is well suited for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys balancing people, service coordination, and day-to-day operations.

As the office grows, your work will directly contribute to service quality, client and family satisfaction, employee engagement, and the continued strength of the local team.

What you’ll do

  • Coordinate and support the delivery of high-quality habilitation services for clients and families.
  • Develop and manage a caseload while maintaining strong client, family, employee, and referral-source relationships.
  • Partner with clients and families to understand needs, respond to concerns, and promote a positive service experience.
  • Coordinate schedules and staffing to support consistent, reliable service delivery.
  • Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention of field employees.
  • Provide administrative supervision, guidance, and support to field employees.
  • Maintain accurate client and employee information and follow established operational processes.
  • Monitor service coverage, staffing needs, and caseload activity to help the office meet its goals.
  • Support effective fiscal management of the assigned caseload and contribute to responsible use of office resources.
  • Collaborate with office leadership and team members to address challenges, improve workflows, and support growth.
  • Communicate professionally and promptly with clients, families, employees, and internal partners.
  • Uphold BAYADA’s standards for quality, compliance, confidentiality, and service excellence.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support the BHA office and the people it serves.

What we’re looking for

Required qualifications

  • A customer-service mindset and a genuine interest in supporting clients, families, and employees.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A driven, dependable, and collaborative approach to work.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sound judgment, professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • The ability to work on-site in the Hilo office Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in client services, healthcare, human services, habilitation, home care, social services, scheduling, recruiting, or office operations.
  • Experience supporting people with intellectual or developmental disabilities and their families.
  • Experience coordinating schedules, staffing, caseloads, or service delivery.
  • Experience building relationships with employees, clients, families, referral partners, or community organizations.
  • Familiarity with performance metrics, budgets, or other operational goals.

A specific degree or professional license is not required. Relevant experience, strong customer-service skills, and the ability to learn BAYADA’s processes will be considered carefully.
