BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Philadelphia, PA office as a Clinical Manager.
Our office provides high-quality home care services to adult clients throughout Philadelphia County. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who is ready to move beyond the bedside and take on a leadership role focused on clinical excellence, team development, and quality patient care.

What You’ll Do

Lead, motivate, and support a team of nurses in delivering exceptional client care.

Visit adult clients throughout Philadelphia County to conduct nursing assessments and evaluate care needs.

Develop individualized care plans and oversee their implementation.

Supervise and provide ongoing guidance to field nursing staff.

Facilitate orientation and onboarding for newly hired nurses.

Support clinical training, staff development, and ongoing in-service education.

Promote quality outcomes, strong clinical practices, and a collaborative team environment.
What You’ll Bring
-
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.

At least five years of healthcare experience, including a minimum of two years of RN experience.

Previous supervisory or leadership experience.

Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and other software systems.

Strong technology skills and the ability to adapt to new systems.

Excellent communication, organizational, and clinical assessment skills.

Comfort working in an open-concept office environment.

A passion for developing others and delivering high-quality patient care.
