Joining the ABA Academy

The ABA Academy at BAYADA supports individuals pursuing certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBA®) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst® (BCaBA®) and provides the necessary supervised fieldwork hours required for certification.

Eligibility Requirements

  • You've been employed by BAYADA for a minimum of 30 days in an RBT® or BCaBA® position, and are meeting expectations of your current role.
  • You are enrolled in or have completed all required coursework. 
  • You are assigned to a client with a BAYADA LBA willing to supervise. 
  • You have regularly scheduled client sessions.
