Joining the ABA Academy
The ABA Academy at BAYADA supports individuals pursuing certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBA®) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst® (BCaBA®) and provides the necessary supervised fieldwork hours required for certification.

Key Features
- Group Supervision: Both individual and group supervision are provided, allowing participants to build relationships with a cohort of peers.
- Comprehensive Support: Extensive training and continuous supervision, regular performance feedback, skill development, and guidance from experienced professionals.
- No Cost for Current Employees: Supervision is provided at no cost for current BAYADA employees.

Eligibility Requirements
- You've been employed by BAYADA for a minimum of 30 days in an RBT® or BCaBA® position, and are meeting expectations of your current role.
- You are enrolled in or have completed all required coursework.
- You are assigned to a client with a BAYADA LBA willing to supervise.
- You have regularly scheduled client sessions.
