As a registered nurse (RN) at BAYADA, your primary responsibility will be to provide compassionate, one-on-one care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. Typical daily tasks may include:
- Administering medication
- Monitoring vital signs
- Assessing patient conditions
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
We have a variety of skilled nursing roles open with both adult and pediatric clients.
Our team learns the skills and preferences of each of our nurses which allows us to match you with clients that align with your preferences, both clinically and geographically.
You'll travel to your clients' homes in surrounding areas and work one-on-one with them, while having clinical support via phone available 24/7. Our team offers a supportive and collaborative working environment where teamwork is valued, and your contributions are recognized and appreciated.
