Position Summary

The Employee Services Coordinator (ESC) provides essential services and key support to both future and existing field employees within the service office. This role ensures all field employee compliance and onboarding workflow processes are completed with a high level of efficiency, quality, and service. The ESC also plays a key role in managing the high-volume administrative and reporting processes that support field employee onboarding, retention, and overall experience.

Responsibilities

  • Answer telephones and assist callers, including routing calls to voicemail, processing telephone messages, and greeting visitors

  • Maintain oversight of personnel file management and coordination

  • Provide essential services and support functions that help maintain field employee satisfaction

  • Support hiring activities from application through onboarding, as needed

  • Support the coordination and execution of Home Health Aide training where applicable

  • Serve as the point of contact for training needs, manage required training materials, and schedule skills practice

  • Ensure all required labor law postings, including federal and state postings, are maintained and updated

  • Perform related duties as assigned or requested by the supervisor

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Demonstrated record of strong interpersonal skills

  • Competence in basic PC skills required to perform job functions

  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

  • Strong people skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail highly desired
