Compensation: $50,000 annually, plus incentives

As a Client Services Manager with BAYADA’s Oahu Visits office, you will help coordinate Medicare-certified home health services for adults and seniors throughout Honolulu County. You will build trusted relationships with clients, families, referral sources, payors, and field clinicians while helping a caring, professional team deliver an exceptional experience from referral through ongoing care.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and manage a caseload of home health clients while providing responsive, relationship-centered service

  • Build long-term relationships with clients, families, referral sources, payors, community organizations, physicians, case managers, and BAYADA team members

  • Respond to service inquiries, explain BAYADA services, and establish clear service expectations, billing arrangements, and methods for resolving concerns

  • Coordinate insurance confirmation and authorization activities with internal BAYADA teams, third-party payors, clients, and clinical leaders

  • Schedule appropriate field employees based on client needs, clinician competency, and availability

  • Follow up after services begin and throughout the client relationship to promote continuity, reliability, and satisfaction

  • Serve as a central point of contact for questions related to services, scheduling, billing, and coordination of care

  • Facilitate communication among clients, families, clinicians, physicians, case managers, and office staff

  • Document and follow up on client and employee incidents, complaints, and service-related interactions

  • Support accurate and timely payroll and billing processes for the caseload

  • Monitor caseload activity and key measures, including admissions, Medicare mix, referrals, service utilization, and rejected referrals

  • Provide administrative supervision and support to field employees in partnership with clinical leadership

  • Participate in employee recognition, retention, recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding activities

  • Assist with callouts, last-minute service requests, office operations, meetings, and performance improvement initiatives

  • Maintain current knowledge of BAYADA policies, home health regulations, payor requirements, and industry practices

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent healthcare experience

  • Demonstrated record of strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Demonstrated record of goal achievement and successfully taking on increasing responsibility

  • Prior supervisory experience

  • Prior healthcare, home care, Medicare, client services, scheduling, or recruiting experience preferred

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Sound judgment, follow-through, and a strong sense of urgency

  • Comfort using computers and technology to document, communicate, schedule, and manage information

  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

  • Successful completion of required pre-employment screening and assessment processes
